The first University Residence opens in the heart of the historic center of Naples NaResidenza is an International University Residence, in the heart of the historic center of Naples, very close from the universities and the main local public transport hubs. This private residence is open to young students from any university and faculty, on the standards of the major European housing services models. The NaResidenza project is the ideal housing solution for off-site, international and Erasmus students, who together will be able to share their university experience in a perfect all-inclusive youth environment!

The building is spread over 3 floors between dormitories and common areas, with a capacity of 80 beds according to the following types:
- TRIPLE ROOM with private bathroom - DOUBLE ROOM with private bathroom - DOUBLE ROOM with shared bathroom - SINGLE ROOM with private bathroom - SINGLE ROOM with shared bathroom
COMMON SERVICES AND AREAS
Each floor will have:
- Common relax areas with sofas, chairs and tables; - Kitchen area, with tables, supports, refrigerators; - Coin operated laundry area;
